Patchworks iPaaS
Built 25+ connectors integrating ERP, CRM, finance, and e-commerce systems. Used APIs, data transformation logic, and the platform's connector builder to move data reliably between systems at scale.
n8n
Built internal automation workflows — from simple notifications and form handling to multi-step pipelines involving API calls, data transformation, and conditional routing between systems.
Airtable + Softr
Built internal portals and workflow tools using Airtable as the data layer and Softr as the front end. Used automations, scripting, and views to create self-service systems for non-technical teams.
HubSpot
CRM administration, workflow automation, form handling, and integration with external systems. Built the data layer behind a partner portal and a lead qualification pipeline.
Xero
Integrated Xero with HubSpot and internal systems for automated commission reporting and billing workflows. Reduced manual reconciliation from weeks to near-zero.
Claude & OpenAI APIs
Built an AI-powered lead classification pipeline that processed inbound HubSpot forms — matching submissions against a connector catalog, cross-referencing partner usage data, routing qualified leads, and filtering spam.
APIs & Data Transformation
REST API integrations, JSON data mapping, field transformation logic, and ETL-style workflows. Core skill across every integration project — understanding how data needs to change shape as it moves between systems.
Reporting & Dashboards
Built operational dashboards for leadership and team leads covering product usage, delivery performance, capacity planning, and client profitability — in environments where no structured reporting previously existed.
Google Workspace Admin
Full administration across 30–50 accounts — provisioning, offboarding, group management, SSO setup, and audit controls aligned with SOC2 and ISO27001 requirements.
SSO & Identity Management
Implemented SSO from scratch, establishing access governance, provisioning workflows, and offboarding processes. Aligned with SOC2 and ISO27001 controls as part of a shared compliance effort.
Intranet & Internal Tooling
Built a company intranet from nothing — covering onboarding, offboarding, asset tracking, access management, internal documentation, and org structure. Replaced tribal knowledge with structured, self-service systems.
Shopify
Managed migrations from Magento to Shopify from 2016 onward. Built custom themes, apps, and integrations. Led client delivery on complex Shopify builds at Juno Ecommerce.

Built custom modules, payment integrations, and admin tooling across 50–100+ Magento sites over 10+ years. Managed data migration and platform rebuild projects.

Hands-on across all four — from custom Magento modules in PHP to vanilla JS on this site. Not primarily a developer role today, but the foundation informs how I think about systems and integrations.
airtable-books
A Node.js script that auto-populates book metadata in Airtable from an ISBN. Uses Google Books as the primary source with Open Library as a fallback for older or non-English titles. One command, all fields filled.
